The Return of War

For years, we have lived in societies that have progressively banished war from their cultural and mental horizons. Today, conflict has returned, in narratives and in our lives, albeit still indirectly. During the meeting, we will reflect on what it means to live in a time where war is no longer perceived as foreign and how this can change our outlook on the future.
Domenico Quirico, Journalist at La Stampa, and Gabriele Segre, Director of the Vittorio Dan Segre Foundation, will discuss the issue.

Inside the Changing World is a series of public dialogues dedicated to the major transformations of our time and their impact on Italy and Europe. War, the crisis of multilateralism, new geopolitical balances, the technological revolution, the redefinition of Western democracies: each meeting will begin with one of the great fractures of the present, bringing the question back to ourselves, to our choices, and to the margins of initiative still possible.
