Left for Israel – Turin Section and the Friends of the Peres Center for Peace Committee – for Palestinian children are sponsoring an event to present a project by the Peres Center: Saving Children, Medicine at the Service of Peace: Past, Present, and Future.
The initiative will feature Ludovica De Benedetti (Left for Israel – Two Peoples, Two States), Maria Ludovica Chiambretto (Friends of the Peres Center Committee), and Mercedes Bresso, former President of the Piedmont Region. Speakers will also include Zvia Peres Walden of the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, Manuela Dviri, writer and activist, and Rachel Hadari, director of the Medicine project.
The meeting will be moderated by journalist Ada Treves.
The Jewish Community of Turin and the Jewish Studies Group are participating in the initiative.
