A new series of online meetings is underway: “Zionism | Ideas, currents, and declinations of a political, identity-based, and spiritual project.”
In this journey, we will not attempt to exhaust Zionism—an impossible task—but to understand it as a historical process and a field of ideas, traversed by diverse and sometimes conflicting visions. Studying Zionism means questioning how an idea translates into institutions and how Jewish sovereignty raises still-relevant dilemmas: identity, democracy, the relationship with the Diaspora, the tension between the particular and the universal. A series of lectures to interpret the past and understand the present, using critical and historical tools.
