An exhibition dedicated to Vasily Semyonovich Grossman, one of the most powerful and courageous voices in twentieth-century literature, runs until January 31, 2026.
Curated by Anna Bonola, Maurizia Calusio, Claudia De Benedetti, Anna Krasnikova, Giovanni Maddalena, Raffaela Paggi, Michele Rosboch, Pietro Tosco, and Yuliya Volokhova, the exhibition marks the 120th anniversary of Vasily Grossman’s birth and offers a new journey through his work.
Through archival materials, images (including several previously unpublished photos), and videos, the exhibition aims to highlight the centrality of truth, freedom, and human dignity in the writer’s work, offering a timely reflection on the possibility of good even in the most dramatic historical contexts.
