Second meeting of the series “Inside the Changing World”

For years, we’ve imagined an increasingly integrated world, governed by economic interdependence and international cooperation. Today, that era seems to be giving way to the return of power politics: the United States, China, and Russia are redefining spheres of influence, alliances, and strategic interests on a global scale. With Greta Cristini, we’ll reflect on what it means to live in a time when empires—rather than disappearing—seem to be reshaping themselves.

They discuss it:
Greta Cristini, analista geopolitica, reporter e scrittrice

Gabriele Segre, direttore, Fondazione Vittorio Dan Segre

Inside the Changing World is a series of public dialogues dedicated to the major transformations of our time and their impact on Italy and Europe. War, the crisis of multilateralism, new geopolitical balances, the technological revolution, the redefinition of Western democracies: each meeting will begin with one of the great fractures of the present, bringing the question back to ourselves, to our choices, and to the margins of initiative still possible.
