A conference held following the approval of the new regional law
On Monday, March 30, at 5:00 p.m., the Sermig – Arsenale della Pace in Turin will host the conference “Citizenship of Minorities. From the Events of 1848 to the Present Day.” This conference is organized following the approval of the new regional law commemorating the Royal Patents of 1848, which recognized civil rights for religious minorities in the Kingdom of Sardinia.
The conference will focus on the topic: “Do we still accept pluralism, not just religious pluralism?”
The conference aims to offer a historical and current reflection on the themes of citizenship, pluralism, and the recognition of religious and cultural minorities, from the events of 1848 to the challenges of contemporary society.
